About Me

I’ll try to keep this short. I was born in Haiti in 1993. I spent most of my life living between Haiti and New York. I am currently residing in Westchester, NY.

As for my education background, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A). I am currently studying for the MCAT so I can apply to medical school and attempt to get my doctorate in medicine. I want to be in the health care industry so I can help other. A fun fact is that in my senior year of high school I wanted to be a nurse and was applying to nursing schools.

When I didn’t get in a nursing program (because of the 2010 earthquake in Haiti) I got into biology and research. I enjoy doing experiments and lab work so I worked for some time in a nephrology laboratory studying kidneys at a medical school. As a result of my work there I have been published as a coauthor in several scientific journals. This was one of my favorite jobs and I want to do it again.

I enjoy cooking and baking from scratch and I also fitness and weight lifting. I currently know 3 languages, English (my strongest), French, and Creole. I haven’t traveled abroad yet, but my ideal places I want to go are Paris and Tokyo.

There is so much more to me and hopefully you get to learn more about me along the way.
